A taonga from the water, paua is highly sought after both in Aoteoroa and countries like Asia and the USA.  To help ease the pressure on this precious resource, OceaNZ Blue has a ground-breaking aqua-culture paua breeding programme in Bream Bay, Northland. Being the size of a football field, it’s the largest paua farm in Aotearoa. The company has invested millions into research and development and is now a world leader.  We went along to find out how technology is helping them on their path to becoming one of the biggest paua farms in the world…
